Your order was placed on June 1st with standard 4 to 7 day shipping, with an estimated delivery date of June 9th at checkout. We are happy to share that all of your medications arrived ahead of that date, your Mometamax was delivered on June 5th via USPS, and your Epiotic and Carprovet were both delivered on June 6th via USPS. We understand it may have felt like the shipments were delayed, especially if the communication around separate shipments was not clear. We sincerely apologize for any confusion the email caused regarding items shipping together. We also want to make sure you are aware that we do offer the option to transfer prescriptions to a local pharmacy. We are sorry that option was not communicated to you during your experience and we will pass that feedback along to ensure it is made clearer going forward. Thank you for the feedback, and we'd like to clarify how a few of these processes work. For our price match policy, if you send in a screenshot of a lower price before placing your order, we'll provide a code to take that amount off at checkout. If the order has already been placed, we offer the option of a refund for the difference or a credit toward future purchases, whichever you prefer. Prescription transfers typically take 1 to 3 days depending on the queue, though most transfers are handled within 24 hours. For faster shipping, we offer rush shipping (1-2 days) and priority shipping (2-3 days) in addition to standard shipping (4-7 days). We also want to note that Dutch is not designed to treat emergency situations, in those cases, we always recommend going to an in-person vet or ER. We offer price matching on any medication, just send us a screenshot of a lower price from any US-based pharmacy and we'll match it. For shipping, in addition to our standard 4-7 day option, we also offer rush shipping in 1-2 days and priority shipping in 2-3 days for those urgent moments. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're so glad the visit itself was a positive one. We're sorry for the frustration around the prescription process and want to clarify how it works on our end. Because Dutch operates as a telemedicine service, we're not able to provide a wet signature prescription directly to the pet parent. Instead, our team faxes the prescription over to your preferred pharmacy on your behalf. Please note that once a transfer request comes in, it can take 24 to 48 hours to be sent to the pharmacy, as our transfers team works each request in the order it's received. Looking at your account, we can see that you reached out on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 asking how to initiate the transfer, our team confirmed the correct process that same day, and the transfer was successfully completed shortly after. Thanks for your feedback. ll of our appointments are scheduled for 10 minutes, which is standard for virtual care and allows our vets to stay on schedule for all patients. To make the most of that time, we encourage pet parents to include as much detail as possible in the “reason for appointment” section when booking, and you can also upload photos ahead of time so the vet can review everything in advance. We do offer unlimited appointments, so if you have additional questions that weren’t covered, you’re always welcome to either send a message through the “message the vet” option in your portal or schedule a follow-up visit. Just like with in-person doctors, there are limits to how much can be addressed in a single appointment, but we make it easy to continue the conversation and get the support you need.
