We know getting your pets’ medications quickly is important. Looking at your account, your most recent order is currently on track to arrive ahead of schedule, but if there’s something that felt delayed, please contact us at [email protected]. We’d be happy to dig into what happened.

Don't use Dutch my cat is now deaf & blind
I used Dutch for a feral cat that we let move inside a couple years ago. They sold me Revolution plus for Kitty's ear mites. After applying the 3rd dose Kitty was walking into walls. I set up a follow up visit with Dr. Amanda Schellenberger the video visit was less than 2 minutes. She told me to take her to the Vet. I tried to explain she is feral and that is why we chose Dutch. Why am I paying you and as soon as there is a problem "take her to a Vet" I explained she won't even let me pick her up . She said FIGURE IT OUT I CAN'T HELP YOU!

We’re glad your cat found her way into a loving home and sorry to hear she’s having such a scary reaction. Neurological symptoms like these need to be seen in person as quickly as possible, which is why our vet recommended getting her to an in-person vet right away. Telehealth isn’t meant to manage something like this safely, and we’d rather be upfront about that than risk her health. We hope she recovers quickly, and send you both our best wishes.

Not at all a convenient service.
If you think that your pet may need a medication, do not utilize Dutch vet services. My pet was seen on August 14 for a urinary tract infection and incontinence. The prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy where they said “processing” for several days. When they were finally sent the post office misplaced the package and it took several days for Dutch to address the issue, even after several emails and messages. They finally offered to resend the medication. It has now been at the pharmacy again“processing“ for three days. It’s now been 13 days and I still have no medication. The medication has not shipped and there’s no estimated delivery date. I attempted to get the medications from Chewy and Dutch rejected the request! This was before the medication was re-sent to the pharmacy! This is a failure on the part of this company. I’m not sure how you claim to provide veterinary services if you cannot provide medications in a timely fashion. The worst part is that our dog is 15 years old, she’s suffering from a very bad UTI, and we just lost our other 14 year-old dog two weeks ago so I’m very sensitive about my remaining dog baby. I’ve told Dutch this as well. They seemed to be apologetic and understanding, but they haven’t shown that in how they’ve taken care of me at all. I’m beyond upset, I still have no meds, and I promise I will never use Dutch again.
Update:: I provided Dutch the information they asked for and I never heard back from them. Par for the course.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I'm so sorry for the stress you've been going through, especially with everything you and your dog are facing right now.
We've reached out to you here to gather some additional details so we can look into exactly what happened with your prescription and get to the bottom of the delays. Once we have that information, we'll be able to review your case fully and follow up with you directly.
We really appreciate your patience while we investigate, and we want to make this right.

The priority should be getting…
The priority should be getting treatment and medication to animals as quickly as possible. Most people contact you because their animal is already sick, injured, hurting, or suffering, and they urgently need help.
The prescription-transfer process is unnecessarily difficult, frustrating, and painfully slow. Pet owners should not have to fight through a broken process while their animals wait for medication. This needs to be addressed immediately and made faster, simpler, and more reliable. The current level of service is completely unacceptable.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the transfer process. I completely understand wanting to get your pet’s treated as quickly as possible, and I'm sorry it’s been so frustrating.
We're happy to transfer medication to a pharmacy of your choosing. Most human pharmacies don’t carry pet medication and can’t substitute a human-grade alternative without a prescription written specifically for it, so we recommend certain pharmacies that can fill the original prescriptions more reliably. If those don’t work, just let us know so we can adjust the treatment plan.
I'll pass your feedback along. Our goal is always to make treating your pet as simple as possible, and your feedback will help us improve.
Thank you again, and I hope your pet feels better soon.

Each experience has been terrible!!
Each experience has been terrible!!
Sure getting a same day visit is great…
Except that most visits require medication which takes over a week to get!! On top of that the medication prescribed through them that you must purchase for your pup to be well is 5 times the recommended price at an in person vet!! My dog has a recurring rash she gets seasonaly. I was told per the vet on Dutch she could prescribe me medication but by law only 2 weeks worth and I would have to be seen by an in person vet. Waited a week for the meds none showed after payment. I had to contact help to tell them my issue and was told I was refunded due to incorrect quantity. After that they sent me a new prescription costing $232… with 30$ shipping… for 14 pills?!!
Don’t waste your time or money people!!

I’m sorry to hear about the string of issues with your dog’s prescription. That’s a frustrating experience and I appreciate you flagging it. To clarify, the new prescription costs $130 and we’ve already emailed you a promo code to cover rush shipping on it at no cost to you. If you’ve found this medication for less elsewhere, we’re happy to price match with a timestamped screenshot per our terms and conditions.
You’re right that the two-weeks’ supply limit is required by law specific to the state you’re in and isn’t something Dutch decided.
We hope your dog finds relief from her rash and allergies soon.

Vet was cool but getting a prescription…
Vet was cool but getting a prescription shipped is like pulling teeth. My dog is now to sick and needs to be seen by his regular vet to get meds because we xant wait any longer. They have rediculous excuses why they wont ship same day or even a couple days later. If you love your pet dont use this service.
Response from Dutch VetAug 31, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We understand how stressful it can be when your pet is sick and you need medication quickly. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for a bit extra for situations like this, but once an order is processed, we’re unable to change the shipping speed. It looks like standard ground was selected for your orders, which is why we weren’t able to expedite them after the fact.
We hope your pup feels better soon.

This company is a scam i ordered 3…
This company is a scam i ordered 3 weeks ago and still waiting please dont buy from them they lie crap crap crap
Response from Dutch VetAug 21, 2026
Hi, thank you for taking the time to share this, and I'm sorry for the frustration. Our shipping timeframes are Rush (1–2 days), Priority (2–3 days), and Standard (4–7 days), so a three-week wait is not the norm and not what we want for any customer. This isn't the experience we stand behind, and we'd like to look into your order right away. We've reached out to you directly to get a few more details so we can make this right.

It has been 12 days since my pet's…
It has been 11 days since my pet's medication order shipped and I still haven't received it. I believe it is lost and in this extreme Florida heat it will be unusable. I have emailed and called Dutch with no response. The amount of time that it takes to get necessary medications from Dutch is far too long, even when it ships promptly, and they will not give you a prescription - you are forced to purchase through them.
Edit: after 3 days of calling and emailing I finally reached someone, but by that time USPS had my package back on track for delivery. I was told, after being in transit for almost 2 weeks in over 100 degrees heat indexes, that they may be able to refund me, but I had to take pictures of the product. What I received was a note from USPS stating that the package was damaged & disposed of because it is toxic, which fortunately allowed me to get a refund. Also, when I signed up I was told that I had to fill my prescriptions through Dutch, although they would price match (except for Chewy). They are not as innocent as they sound in their reply.
Response from Dutch VetAug 21, 2026
Thank you for reaching out, and we're so sorry your pet's medication was caught up in a shipping delay, it looks like the carrier had trouble in transit, and we know how worrying that is, especially in the Florida heat. We truly apologize for the hold-up from USPS.
When you called, our team returned your call in the order it was received, and once we connected, we refunded your order in full and transferred the prescription to your preferred pharmacy that same day. We never require anyone to purchase through us, you're always welcome to transfer to your preferred local or online pharmacy, or to order through us with Standard, Priority, or Rush shipping.
We're so glad we could get your pet's medication to you another way, and we appreciate the chance to help.
