Dr. Bianchessi was kind, patient, and very helpful with my Rottweiler's vet visit. She took her time with us and made sure we were comfortable with the treatment plan she developed. We were very happy with the outcome.

I was a little hesitant and didn’t know what to expect, but I’m honestly so impressed by this company. I really appreciate this service. I live very rurally in a mountainous area, which makes getting quality vet care a real challenge. I’m over an hour each way from the nearest clinic. I wasn’t even planning on getting a pet, but a cat was abandoned near me, so I took him in. A few weeks later, he broke out with horrible ringworm. As you can imagine, it was a really stressful time. I saw an in-person vet who, quite frankly, wasn’t very helpful, and I left with more questions than answers. I was sitting at home, trying to see if there was a way to see a real vet online and obtain a prescription. Then I stumbled upon Dutch.The fact that I was able to sign up for a year’s worth of vet care for the price I paid with this company felt like a miracle. On top of that, I got a same-day appointment! The vet, Dr. Murphy, was kind and helpful, and he prescribed medication for me right away. He literally told me that he loves doing this online work because he loves helping animals and their owners. Can you get any better than that? I placed the prescription order with free shipping, and it will arrive within three business days. You can pay for rushed shipping, but I didn’t. Lastly, I was expecting their prescription prices to be way marked up, but I was so happy to find out that I was wrong and they will price match!! That’s huge because it means you know you’re getting a fair deal. I’ll be telling everyone about this service. I probably sound a little overexcited, and maybe a little crazy but honestly, I just feel so relieved right now!!

First time ever using a virtual vet and let me just say IT WAS AMAZING! Work is crazy right now and as a mom of 4 and 2 fur babies right before Christmas, time is very limited. Helped me take care my of little itchy doggy and get her the medicine she needed without any missing work or time.

I met with my doctor on time. She was very honest with me. My dog will be 15 in April. She was gave me things to look for with my dog and told me to reach back out anytime I needed and to send pictures if things get worse.

I wasn’t able to get in with my regular vet for a few weeks, so I joined this service in hopes we could get a prescription for an ear infection for my cat. The emergency vet is insanely expensive for acute care (i refuse to pay $500 for an ear infection visit) so this seemed like a good option. We got in swiftly and the vet was kind, understanding, and helpful.
