Dr Kordis was amazing! This was our first visit and my concern was quickly washed away. She thoroughly, caring and patient. I was leary about using this service as many things that sound too good to be true usually are. And the fact that our visit was only scheduled for a 10 minute time timeframe also concerned me. She did not rush. She took her time and answered all my questions and made sure when I hung up that my concerns were addressed.

Had our first appointment with the vet. It was simple and about an ongoing autoimmune disease my dog has. Instead of going to the local vet for $400 each year, I can get her lifelong medication through telehealth at a fraction of the cost.

My doctor was polite, on time and listened to me. He quickly had a treatment plan. Thank you!

It was fast and easy and she was very nice and helpful and knew exactly what she was talking about and diagnosed my dog fast and made a treatment plan and we were set.. I would definitely recommend this company I got the yearly plan and look forward to get this treatment plan done

Dr. Hall was amazing. She totally got me and even laughed a little. She was totally understanding of my pet’s needs.

I feel like I'm dreaming. Thus far, Dutch is an ace in the hole. My cat is relatively great presently, I just needed a different form of a drug he's already taking for intermittent vomitting after eating and my vet would typically make me come in for this... and then my vet insists on selling the drug to me for double what Dutch's pharmacy sells it for (won't work with an outside pharmacy). I'm not dissing my vet, it costs A TON to run practice in NYC, I'm just not in the position to afford it (I spent $3500 in a month in a half last year due to my cat having recurrent ear infections... he's fine now but I'm still paying it off)... Then there's that my my cat isn't in the position of easily coping with vet visits (he's 18 and suffers from increasing anxiety). Dutch to the rescue. I was awed by how smart, compassionate, resourceful and communicative Dr. Negron is. I'm not sure how she has the energy for the follow-up when she has back to back ten minute appointments, but she's been entirely on the ball with getting the scrip she recommended and the one I requested. Before the zoom session, she had read all the intake info I'd filled out and the med she recommended was perfect given his pre-existing condition, she's just the bee's knees. For non-emergent, fairly straight forward medical issues, I highly recommend trying Dutch. It's a perfect execution of a great business model, at least for its clients (maybe not so much for neighborhood vets). At the end of the day, more animals are receiving the care they need because this company exists. I couldn't be more delighted with the care thus far.

Vet was timely, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to treat my dog and I’m so thankful.
