They hired a very good vet, based on my first experience. I think the website and scheduling of the zoom could be a bit more seamless, but access to advice after hours is important. They can address certain things by video, and also assist in helping me decide how and when I DO need to take poochy to the vet.

I have used Dutch a few times already and each time has been wonderful. The Vets are very nice and friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable. They educate on the issue and emergency measures as well as when you would need to take your pet into a vet in person. This is a God send especially when it is 5 degrees out and your poor pup is coughing .

I have been very blessed to have found Dutch. Their Doctors are amazing and knowledgeable about care . They are willing to listen and shift treatment easily to find what works best. They follow up and are so caring when the time comes for hospice. Thank you so much, I have recommended you to others including random people I talk to with end care dogs that can’t be moved.

I loved the virtual vet , my mastiff is very anxious and aggressive towards the vets in person. Bad experience in the past. This takes all my stress away

Scheduling an appointment was easy. The doctor was very nice and listened to my concerns. She recommended a prescription and shampoo and quickly sent over the treatment plan. I was able to choose overnight for shipping and the medication was here next day. My baby is feeling much better. Thank you so much!!

Dr. Erickson was caring and understanding about my cat's problem and my needs regarding treatment. She prescribed the topical medicine necessary and gave me a followup plan of care for Jerry (cat). I was able to order the medication the same day. Very pleased
