Vet is good, but do not use for prescriptions!
Our dog is very sick and the medication was supposed to arrive expedited overnight. However, it has been FOUR DAYS and customer service continues to tell us that they’re actively on it, but we still do not have the medication. The vet was helpful, but I would not recommend using them for prescriptions!

To clarify, the pharmacy needed additional information, and this was corrected on Friday the 19th. I’ve escalated your case, and you should receive tracking today. We’ve refunded the rush shipping due to the delay, though please note that rush shipping is expedited at 1–3 business days and not guaranteed overnight. Per your request, we’ve also refunded your membership, even though the service was used and the medication is on its way. The vet visit was great, the rest was awful
The vet visit was great! The rest of the experience has been awful. The vet prescribed medication for our sick pup and we paid for expedited shipping to never receive our prescription. We have tried reaching out to Dutch about this on a daily basis and keep getting the run around that they are escalating and reaching out to the pharmacy. We paid for the prescription but still have never received it and continue to get excuses and no resolution.

Deceptive business practice. LIE LIE AND LIE MORE!
Before I signed up, I emailed them TWICE and their agent confirmed that Chewy worked with telemedicine providers. When I got the prescription, another agent told Chewy does NOT work with them. I also called Chewy to confirm that. The two pharmacies they recommended either DOES NOT carry the medication, or DOES NOT have the dosage I need. It's a GIGANTIC WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! Deceptive business practice! They will tell you anything to sell you a membership. Shameful!

To clarify, though Chewy does sometimes accept our prescriptions, they do not always due to their policies around telemedicine practices. Please know we are able to transfer prescriptions to any local pharmacy of your choice, and while we may recommend common pharmacies often used by our members, you are not limited to those options. My dog has seasonal allergies
My dog has seasonal allergies. They only issued a 10 day supply of antibiotics and no steroids. As we all know the steroids help the dog not itch while the the antibiotics do their job. The Vet who assisted never sent my RX I had to go to customer service.

Our customer service team only verified that it was available and advised where to locate it. After you reviewed the plan, you noted that it reflected ten days rather than the twenty you expected. At that time, our team recommended reaching out to your vet directly to have the dosage corrected before placing the order, but you declined to do so. We understand how important it is to have the correct treatment plan for your dog’s comfort and health, and we encourage you to continue working with your vet to ensure the prescription fully matches your pet’s needs.

Gave otc medications that have not…
Gave otc medications that have not helped and said if these otc didn't help they want us to go to a vet. Pointless. Haven't tried any actual prescribed medications to help with cough. The reason we chose this was to have an option that wasn't going to the vet. Waste of money and time. When I looked up the meds it was a benadryl and cough suppressant. So we are out the year subscription and still going to the vet. Lovely. I wouldn't waste my time worse than peoples doctors waste your time money and give you crap for medicine.

Awful service
Awful service. True waste of money, I wish I had never signed up. Even when I had a cat and used it, the medication was expensive and the vets were not that helpful. I really wish I had never come across this service and signed up. I had to give away my cat under traumatic circumstances and then didn't realize my account would autorenew many months later. They don't give you any notice that they will charge you $132 for a service you don't need without giving you a refund. I'm now stuck paying $132 for absolutely no reason because they don't give you notice that it will be charged and then refuse to give you a refund. Deceitful and unhelpful.

Express delivery is a lie
Got a video appointment for my cat with a respiratory infection Tuesday and was told to get rush shipping so I can get my cats antibiotics in 1-2 days not 5. I have been feeding my cat through a syringe because she is so congested and can't smell her food, so she doesn't eat. I was better off paying for a vet visit to get her meds. If your pet is sick and needs meds asap DON'T use Dutch, your pet will suffer longer than they should.

I never received the prescription…
I never received the prescription eyewash only the over the counter wash. . Even after contacting them several times. Did not get refund for it . Did not get refunded the expedited shipping . Had to take my pet the vet after waiting several days for the medicine they never sent
