The vet i spoke to was very helpful and they were quick to respond.

Dutch is a convenient online veterinary service. Scheduling is easy and I was able to get my dog seen within the hour. There were several appointments available throughout the day. My dog had a Zoom appointment with a live vet. She was able to assess him in real and ask pertinent questions after visualizing his problem areas. I felt like he got the care he needed. She provided great insights and recommendations in addition to a prescription. The only downside is, it takes about 4-5 days to get the prescription by mail.

Dr Barnes was very helpful. However,it did take a week to get Kitty's prescriptions. I was unable to select expedited shipping. One of the prescriptions did cause some stomach issues.

Like others, I decided to use Dutch because of the excessive costs of vet visits. I thought, why not save money on the visits that can be done online? So far, so good! I talked with the Vet yesterday. It was great! I completed the questionnaire and was immediately given appointment choices the same day! The Dr. was helpful, and he decided on a course of treatment for my dog's itching. He said I would see an option to either purchase meds through their pharmacy or have the script sent to my local pharmacy that has started selling pet meds. I thought that was a great option to have. Unfortunately, I did not see that option offered. I've decided to try ordering through the pharmacy anyway, although, with some trepidation, having read some of the reviews. I'll give an update when I receive the meds. One more thing, the design of the ordering process is missing some key features that would make it much easier to navigate and finalize my order. It needs input from users and more work.

Vet was great and his diagnosis and prescription were spot on. Our aging Great Dane is his energetic and happy self again.

The vet was very kind, patient and knowledgable. I would highly recommend when in a pinch and cant get to your primary vet to try this service. If she were local i would make her our new vet!

It is good for all veterinarians.
