Great Personnel
The vet was nice, personable and knowledgeable. It was super fast to schedule and get an appointment, less than an hour. The downside: the soonest they could fill and send the prescriptions was 4 days and that was an extra charge considered expedited. Not helpful when antibiotics need to start right away. I also found the website slightly confusing.

Kind, and professional
I have no complaints. The doctor was very kind and informative. The app is a little confusing but otherwise it was a great experience.

Dr Angela Martin is the best!
Dr Angela Martin was excellent. She’s well educated beyond what I’ve seen most vets offer, and she takes everything you’re concerned about into consideration and trusts her insight as she treats your fur baby. I really appreciate this gift she adds to her work. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because 10 mins is not enough time, and that is not about Dr Martin at all; that is definitely a Dutch policy critique. At least 15 minutes allows for more building of client health reputation and time for the Drs and clients to be sure of their treatments.

Dr. Gonzalez
Dr. Gonzalez was very professional and informative. I felt very much at ease that my dogs would be taken care of. However, the prescription portal is challenging and medications seemed to be overpriced compared to prescriptions that I have paid for in the past.

I give the vet 5 stars, however Dutch posts 11 a month however it's 24!

Dr Barnes was WONDERFUL! The company itself needs improvement on efficiency.
Dr. Barnes was WONDERFUL! BUT I cannot give the company 5 stars because they are EXTREMELY SLOW getting back to helping me with things I was promised with my enrollment. They were quick to respond when I asked about the membership, but now that I joined it's been RIDICULOUS! 😿

The vet was really excellent and I was…
The vet was really excellent and I was able to get my cat meds quickly. It was easy to get an appointment to speak with the vet. My Nicodemus is doing great after his flea pills arrived.

Great concept but app needs work
The app leaves a lot to be desired but the experience with the DR was great. Clear cache, cookies and need to have enough memory and charge if on a phone.
