Quick care and reasonably priced!
Was able to get set up fairly quickly, seeing vet in a scheduled call just an hour later! Kitty just has ear mites that are really bothering her. Signed up for the service, about $100/year and spent about $100 on three month flea/tick/heart worm etc and a topical ear medication, and which included a $10 shipping fee. Pretty reasonable, and would have spent the same or more at local vet…about two weeks from now if they even had any openings. Overall very pleased and with several other cats and a dog this service is going to be very handy!

It was good!
It was good. Just a little tech issue but was able to be seen later on that day. Waiting on the meds now so I can pay and have Nana feeling better.

if you need med asap this is not it sometimes the waiting game can be very harmful
was great on point saves you a bunch on vet visit

While we work hard to provide timely appointments and prescription support, Dutch is not meant to replace urgent or emergency care. If a pet needs medication ASAP or their condition could worsen without immediate treatment, we always recommend seeking in-person veterinary care right away. Our goal is to provide affordable, ongoing access to licensed veterinarians through unlimited virtual appointments for one flat yearly fee, while being transparent about when in-person care is the better and safer choice. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a balanced review and for trusting us with your pet’s care.

Needed flea medicine
Needed flea medicine. App was glitchy and not the easiest to use but there was a call center that assisted getting around technology. The vet was efficient and pleasant

Vet was charming and pleasant
The vet was on time on the zoom call , saw my dog and the concerns I have about his itching and biting and prescribed medication accordingly . He has encouraged communication and updates regarding my dogs condition . One concern was I tried to cancel one of the orders I had placed before the pharmacy had shipped all the prescriptions and was denied cancelling even though the order had not left the pharmacy

Due to the nature of prescription medications and pharmacy policies, once an order is placed it is sent for fulfillment very quickly, which means we’re unable to stop or cancel it even if it has not yet shipped. I appreciate the veterinarian and Dutch.
I appreciate the convenience and the quickness of making an appointment with a qualified veterinarian. Veterinarians are very good at getting to the source and prescribing the correct medication. I appreciate the free shipping, I just wish the medication would get to us sooner than four days or so. Knowing that your pet is in pain and discomfort and needs the treatment asap. I do appreciate the professional vets and the ease of making an appointment. I will continue to use Dutch For my pets.

While I love this service
While I love this service, I think the $5 processing fee per transaction even if prescription is sent to an outside pharmacy when people have already paid a subscription fee is extraneous. While it’s only $5 it is a bit of a snap back to the consumer after paying subscriptions. Don’t really understand it because when companies do this it is a bad look. You might want to rethink this model.
