This was our 1st visit: the vet was very professional, yet kind, compassionate, & respectful. Our visit ran 11 minutes over, so 10 minutes is an unrealistic appointment length, at least for some issues; initial visits should probably be set for longer. We were surprised by the necessity to pay for a year in advance when their selling point was $8 a month. As seniors on a fixed income, that's what initially got us to investigate, & we were expecting to be able to make automatic monthly payments. Nonetheless, altogether, I'm impressed, and I consider it a good investment!

Perfect for an issue that needs treatment but not critical care. Saves time from having to wait to get an appointment with my vet and take time off work. Exactly what I needed at the moment

I have had my second visit through Dutch and it was a wonderful experience. Only thing that I was not happy with is the shipping. It takes over a week or long to receive any of the medicines on the treatment plan. If you want to receive the medicine earlier it is costly and it still has a long time to receive it.

Dr. Martin was great Vet! She listened to everything I said and gave a real opinion of her own not some text book answer quick to put the dog on steroids like my Vet experiences in the past. She was informative and easy to talk to and the overall experience was fantastic. Especially for things like renewing medications why get the dog all stressed to go to the vet when you can do it at stressless environment of your house. Great Vet!, Great experience!, Very easy process!
