Wonderful Vet
Dr. Val was perfect. She was friendly, thorough and compassionate. However, I was hoping to get an appointment sooner than a few days out. My Zoom session dropped due to low bandwidth, and Dr. Val did asked me to reconnect as she was waiting. However, I was unable to log back in.

Most of the time
Most of the time, the vets are wonderful and attentive. Unfortunately not always. For example, Bishop needed omega 3. The vet put a liquid form in my cart. I said I needed capsules or pills. The only response was basically an ok. No pills/capsules were put in my cart so I got them from Chewy. Hoping they are the correct ones

We regret that we didn't provide the omega-3 capsules/pills you needed for Bishop and that you had to get them elsewhere. We'll address this internally to ensure better service in the future.

Company addressed dispute
I originally had a dispute and the company made it right. I appreciate their response and it shows the company is one of integrity!

Shipping issue
The service is great. I loved the Dr. but by the time I receive the medication I won’t need it anymore. I paid extra for express shipping and it still takes 3 days.

Challenging to schedule vet visits for…
Challenging to schedule vet visits for multiple animals back to back or even the same day often creating multiple shipping costs for medication’s due to different requirements and shipping

My first call on zoom didn’t work
My first call on zoom didn’t work so I missed the drs appointment. I needed meds desperately but after my missed appointment did get through for a chat visit. That was a little helpful.
