Duke Energy was the only company during the pandemic that continued to work with the families that were struggling to pay bills. They went above and beyond what others have done. The customer service employees are very kind and understanding as well as easy to talk to speaking clear English. I just appreciate each employee and want them to know how special they are.

Their customer service cares, each time I have had a question, their staff listened and found a solution, more companies need employees like those at Duke. There lineman some of the best trained hardworking people I've ever met.
