My 14-year journey with Dugan's Travels has been nothing short of transformative. When I first joined, I was completely new to the travel industry, and they've proven to be the ultimate partner in helping me grow my own business. They provide incredible resources to ensure our success—from intensive bootcamps and informative webinars to valuable FAM trips and a vast library of training videos for anything we might need to know. They even maintain an active online community so we can stay connected and collaborate. While they fully supported my passion for cruises, what stands out most is how they encouraged me to expand my expertise into other areas, pushing me to set meaningful goals while holding us accountable because they truly believe that for the agency to succeed, we all have to succeed. What really sets them apart is how genuinely they care about their agents on a personal level. Beyond the professional growth and tools, I've formed lasting friendships with fellow home-based agents and the administrative staff alike. If you're looking for an agency that invests in your success with real tools and treats you like family, Dugan's Travels is the place.

I have been with Dugans Travels for 12 years now. When I began my travel agent journey in 2014, I compared several host agencies and ultimately signed my contract with Dugans. Through the years I have been able to grow my business the way I want to. I have not had any pressure from administration to sell certain things or hit major unattainable goals. After so many years with the company I now have been able to develop a podcast based on my experience in the travel industry and to help new agents with their journeys. I love that Dugans is a small host agency, we get extensive opportunities for trainings, fam trips and one-on-one time with suppliers. I also have made many friends in my fellow agents and love to support them all in their businesses as well.

I’m heading into my fourth year as a travel advisor, and choosing Jennifer and Dugan’s Travels as my host agency has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business. From the beginning, Dugan’s has been incredibly supportive. They offer regular online training from Jennifer and the staff, along with several supplier webinars each month, which has helped me continue learning and growing with confidence. They also create multiple opportunities throughout the year for agents to connect in person, including FAM trips and an annual conference where we can meet suppliers face-to-face and build valuable relationships. What I appreciate most is that Dugan’s has supported my business at the pace I’ve set for myself, while still encouraging me to expand, learn, and step into new opportunities. I’ve always felt like I had guidance when I needed it, but also the freedom to build my travel business in a way that fits me. I’m very grateful to Jennifer and the Dugan’s Travels team for the encouragement, training, and community they provide. I’m so glad I chose them as my host agency.

As an advisor with Dugans Travel for several years, one of the things I appreciate most about is that they truly understand the importance of family and work/life balance while still encouraging agents to build a successful, professional business. They encourage advisors to treat travel as a business, and not just a hobby - and provide the training, tools, and support needed to grow professionally and build long-term success. At the same time, while the leadership team is always there to guide, encourage, and support agents, they also expect advisors to stay engaged by taking advantage of training and educational opportunities and by building relationships with both industry suppliers and fellow advisors. It’s a supportive, down-to-earth environment with a strong sense of community and communication and I’ve really appreciated the flexibility and encouragement to build a successful travel business.
