Games are fun, got my first payout just fine. Tried to withdraw another and it’s been over a month and nothing. Reached out and they “refunded” me 1/2 of it to PayPal. Never received the rest. No issues whenever I deposited but withdrawals are another story.

All positive reviews are from Duelcash employees themselves!! Do not deposit on here! If you win money, you'll never be able to withdraw it. On top of that, they will ask you for private information like a selfie of you holding your ID and sending proof of your address. Once you've send this information, they'll never send you a penny, they'll use your sensitive information to attempt credit card fraud and sell your personal information on the dark web. I've tons and tons of screenshots to prove my case and to show they are an absolute scam and huge fraudulent website. Stay away. !!Oh btw if you've ever deposited through paypal and got scammed yourself, just message paypal and tell exactly what happened, try to use screenshots, you'll for sure get your money back. And the more people who report the scam, the stronger our case and the bigger the odds we'll get our justice.!!!

Schlechter Service. Schon mehrmals angeklickt vom Newsletter abmelden, geschehen ist nichts. Ständig Spam, total nervig...

I won a large sum last year and wanted to have it paid out to my Paypal account. After I received an email from the "fraud department" of DuelCash asking for proof in the form of ID, expense report and selfie, there was first of all a long silence. You are really ignored. If you annoy long enough and complain, eventually comes a response with the pleasant news that in the next few days the credit to the Paypal account will be made. From then on nothing happens for months. Requests are rigeros ignored. In my eyes clear fraud, if the profit is not paid out but disappear into the pockets of the operator.

My fave gambling site! I started playing because a friend of mine told me to do so. I can't stop playing now. I like their games, as even if I'm a card games player I've got really hooked by Bingo and bubble horrors. I'm paying for my chips and pints with my Duelcash entries, so I freaking love them :P

Ich kann die Bewertungen der anderen nur bestätigen. Ich spiele seid 1 Jahr bei DuelCash. Die 1. Auszahlung von 25 Euro kam nach der Verifizierung sehr zügig. Seid dem ist alles anders!!. Ich warte jetzt schon seid Monaten auf 200 Euro. Gefühlt 50 Mal habe ich den Kundendienst angeschrieben. Immer kommt eine fadenscheinige Ausrede der Betrugsabteilung: "Schön mit ihnen zu sprechen!! Wir prüfen ihre Auszahlung und in ein paar Tagen erhalten Sie ihr Geld!" Haha bis heute nicht. Habe jetzt noch 360 Euro die mir auszahlen lassen könnte. Aber ich verzockt die besser, denn eine Auszahlung kommt hier nie. Man darf glaube ich das erspielte Geld nur als Spielgeld ansehen und nicht als echtes Geld. Also wer hier meint reich zu werden, ist auf dem Holzweg. An sein Geld kommt man hier nicht.

Wie man schon am "deutsch" der vorigen Bewertung sehen kann - "fake news" mal wieder. Man sollte auf DuelCash nur ohne Geld spielen, weil 1. Schon bei der Einzahlung Geld "abgezwackt" wird 2. Die Spiele einige Bugs/Hänger haben 3. Gewinne nicht gutgeschieben werden - zumindest bei Spielen, bei denen der Gegner zu "0" verliert (vielleicht wegen Bug?). Man erhält auch den Einsatz nicht zurück. Zu Gewinnauszahlungen - mit denen es ja auch Probleme geben soll - bin ich gar nicht gekommen.

Absolute joke, happy to take money but will not pay your winnings. Have been waiting 2 months now after requesting a withdrawal and still not received. This site needs shutting down
