Update still have not received $600 from Jan 26 and $200 Feb 26. Tried having them deposit money into account they said it didn’t go through. Now I’m waiting for the check to come in the mail. $53.00 fee each withdrawal. When you get it bank deposit and mail. They emailed me and suggested I used Crypto.-lol Please do not go on this site. It’s March.

Scam!!! they make you go through hell for a withdrawal, stay away from this site.

Avoid like the plague. This site is slow. The games are boring. The entire operation is run by 5 Pakistani college students. Their business model is to accept money easy, have games that payout heavy, make the withdraw process so annoying and nearly impossible that you just give up. It is a VERY AMATEUR operation.

If I could give it less than 1 star, I WOULD!! It is a SCAM!! I had 2900.00 U.S. dollars in my account, and couldn't get ANY of it!! Customer service said I could only withdraw 10 times the amount that I deposited, (250.01), and that ANYTHING left AFTER the withdrawel would DISAPPEAR, and IT DID! BUT THATS NOT EVEN ALL OF IT! When I tried to withdraw the 250.01, I got an email wanting me to send all types of PERSONAL info, (utility bill, etc.), which I refuse to do.......SCAM PEOPLE!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM....DO NOT WASTE UR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS FAKE APP!!!

Well I just want to say as far as all the online casinos I've deposited money into duckyluck is the best in the past when looking on reviews before I even deposited I was skeptical of the sight people stating they were rude and ripped them off people said how they got a check that they can't cash or fake check or how they just were ignored I'm here to say only part of those things may seem be because they didn't follow through with being patient and were expected there money asap like a slot machine I think there is a small portion of team agent to work around the clock talking to hundreds and thousands of chats from people and it may take some time before you will receive your response yes you do get your money if you work with them if you don't live in Canada I suggest you do not choose check for withdrawal they should state that before you click that option because you will receive a Canadian check witch is foreign in the United States you will have to wait weeks for your bank to clear it and if you don't have a bank account then you can't cash it trust me I tried and if you made that mistake already and looking at this for answers what I did was contact duckyluck live chat and politely exsplained my own mistake that i messed up thats right i said i messed up because i was to excited thinking a check would be fast and easy as if it were as easy as a tax refund check and i could cash and not deal with the headace of wire transfers. So I jumped the gun and didn't read fine print and long story short ducky luck helped out tons when they could have said sorry about your luck instead they got back to me after a week or two of sentence at a time of responces cuz i work the time of buisness hours so i was getting after hour messages but I would have been paid a long time if i had not jumped the gun now i suffer on the wait game but im happy they helped and didnt make me loos out all the way around thank you duckyluck 🙏👍🏻j.m

To anyone who legitimately won money, sent in their ID documents and has not gotten paid: open a complaint with LCB and AskGamblers (two separate sites) - you will get assistance from them.
