Purchased a Green duck and got an offer to get a cat for half price. Took this offer and opted for an orange cat. Payed through paypal and it wasn't until I looked at the order confirmation that I saw that my address was wrong. Not only that, but they got the duck colour wrong also. I promptly Emailed their support on the same day of the purchase (APR 18) requesting if this could be amended. I heard nothing back and Emailed them again requesting if my address could be changed as well as an update on my order (APR 29) but again, I have heard nothing back. Emailed them again yesterday (MAY 9), but today I have just put in a claim to paypal and have requested my money back. Don't bother with this company, as its either a scam, or they are just wildly incompetent.

Ordered April 17th, they state 3-7 day shipping. Now May 9th. No shipping. Contacted their support email, no response. Most likely a scam. Don't waste your money.

Placed an order for two quacking Duckeys for me and my wife on 9th April…and I havn’t heard anything since. No delivery info, nothing. I’ve emailed their ‘support’ link twice, still not had a reply to either message. Either they’re wildly incompetent OR they’re a scam.

Similar to everyone else. They don’t ship. Going to file a chargeback if not shipped by end of month. Fraud company

Still waiting for order. Being pestered over email to join some "money making" scheme with them advertising their product but I haven't even received them yet. On their socials comments are saying they are pre ordering but there was no mention of this when I was placing an order

scam you can spend time and money producing social content and new products but your items are always in " pre-order" never ship, and never reply to customer service you have multiple people asking about February orders and no reply and ETA you dont even have a factory/warehouse or any info where youre located,or produced.

Ordered a bundle at the start of February - my order still hasn’t dispatched, they are now saying May at best. This is ridiculous. Stay away unless you want disappointed kids pestering you for days on end about the day of delivery.

Pre-ordered Quackeys on Feb 2025, shipping date was defined as March 31. However, they silently changed shipping date to April 31 (they even didn't checked, that April has 30 days). So, Quackeys isn't produced, but they published "reviews" for them on their website. Of course they are fake. And they are still promoting this product on TikTok! So I assume, that they are scammers.
