DuckeysReviews of duckeys.com

The friend i ordered a Meowkey for absolutely adores it. Any time i hear her shes always got it at arms reach to meow a lot, and my goodness, do i hear it XD 10/10 worthy investment seeing her smile like that. Would 100% reccomend a Duckey or a Meowkey as a novel item. Best lil quacky guys on the market! :>

Customer service is great. One of my favorite items was the wrong color, and I had the correct one sent within a day or two or submitting an inquiry about it.

Duckeys is an excellent company. I purchased a few items (different colored ducks and the cat one) with the understanding that my order contained a preorder item that would cause my whole order to not ship for a few months. The negative reviews talking about "no communication" from the company are crazy to me. Every single time (3 times) I messaged for an update, I got a reply from the Duckeys team within the same day. They were direct and honest with me for the entire process. Sure, it took a few months to receive, but it was well worth the wait. I only wish I had gotten more mystery duckeys. Excellent team, fantastic communication, and an extraordinary product. Love it.

I got a quacking duck and myself and others enjoyed it so much I need to get a replacement cap from over use. At least for me customer service was very good also.

coolest toy ever

Waited a few months due to pre-order shipping delays, but Customer Support was friendly and helpful. Order eventually arrived and well worth the wait.

I jumped on the pre-order for the Meow-kies. As with all pre-orders, I knew a waiting period was inevitable. I forgot about my order and when I was going to check on the status I had an email update already. Cool. I still needed to wait but the email was helpful. When I got tracking, I was excited to see my kitties. They did not dissappint. We love them!! I say, just be patient people. Please! I had no issue with my order.

Got it, so satisfying and I Love it esp the color, so cute and so bright. Probably will order again.
