A paid for my Order. Got nothing in Return. After 4 month i got a shipping confirmation with a ups Tracking number but even two weeks after that ups has No information about the Tracking number i got. Mails to the company are ignored. Worst shop ever !

Made a pre-order back in April. Took 2 weeks after the release date to "ship" and be provided with tracking info. Took another 2 weeks after that for them to actually give the package to UPS. Yet on their website it claims they ship within 3-4 days. Customer service is not very helpful but at least they usually respond within 24 hours.

Terrible! I placed an order for two items on May 24th and just received them this week! It was for one ducky cap and one meow cap. One was out of stock and so I asked if the one in stock could be shipped sooner. They refused and I am just now received both items in September- more then 3 months later. Not worth the wait, the money or the hassle. They are not customer service orientated and I would not recommend them at all!

I’ve previously ordered from here and had a great experience but sadly I don’t think I will again. I ordered the Meowkey the morning of the drop, April 11. I understood it was a pre-order and I wouldn’t receive the item right away. The deadline for orders to ship was August 31, and my order STILL hasn’t shipped. I’ve been emailing customer support to try and get some answers and now they’ve started ignoring me. I have no idea how but I guess I’m going to have to try and get my money back.

No sign of product being shipped . Customer service is non existent. DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

Asked to cancel order multiple times, sent multiple emails, got 1 response saying how they will give me more free stuff if i dont cancel but i asked to cancel anyways and they haven’t responded since then after 8+ more emails. Scam company.

dies ist meine 2. bewertung zur selben bestellung die noch immer nicht da ist, also ich habe am 17. april etwas bestellt als kleines geschenk für jemanden, warte seit dem auf meine ware oder eine antwort vom support, bevor man da bestellen könnt ihr das geld auch aus dem fenster schmeißen

Habe vor nem halben Jahr dort bestellt und nun erst meine Ware nach mehrmaligen Androhungen den Rechtsweg zu gehen bekommen. Aber auch nicht wie angegeben durch UPS sondern durch DHL und musste dann nochmal ein Viertel des Kaufpreises an Zollgebühren abdrücken. Service und Support wird bei Duckeys auch leider unfassbar kleingeschrieben bzw. Ist teilweise nicht existent. Produkte sind top aber die Firmenpolitik gleicht einer Scamfirma. Werde definitiv jedem abraten dort zu bestellen.
