DuckeysReviews of duckeys.com

Ordered in April and finally received in September but so worth the wait! There are three in the house now and between those and the ducks I think my dog is having a breakdown, thinks it’s a stuffed toys he can destroy 🤣 but they are all loved dearly. The charge lasts for ages and I like swapping out some keys on my keyboard to cheer me up when I’m working.

Great customer service, product works great and the kids love them.

Ordered a couple ducks for my sister and I. We loved them so much that whenever cats we're released I ordered a couple for me and one for my sister. The ladies at work love them. They're very cute and everyone gets a chuckle out of them.

Order delayed a month and missing items. Quick to ship missing items with little hassle and friendly service that kept in contact and quick to respond.

Support was provided when I experienced an issue with my keycap, and a replacement was offered in a timely manner, I’m grateful and will be buying another keycap again sometime soon

The product was exactly as expected (two of the keys that quack when you press them, 10/10). There was even a problem with the delivery (due to the delivery company tbf) and they were ok with sending it again at no cost.

I purchased 3 meowkeys, a duckey, and some mystery duckeys. All of my meowkeys were in good condition, but some of my duckeys had some defects. I reached out and my issue was resolved rather promptly (they sent me replacements). The preorder process was slow and caused some frustrations, but overall I am satisfied with the customer service and help I received. I am also happy with the products I have.

It honestly took a very long time for the product to come, but it really doesn't matter as it's a just a fun little toy to have on my desk. I did have one item missing but this was quickly resolved and I have much trust that they're trying hard to deliver a good product and have a very helpful support team.
