Ordered 16 days ago. No shipping information and seller does not respond to emails. Not a very good first impression. I ended up having to dispute the whole transaction with my bank as I could not get any response from the company. Save your money and stay away.

Made an order almost 3 months ago. Never received anything.

Still waiting since 4/25 and they refuse a refund. They have a Boston address listed that is close to where I live but it is actually a house. They don't answer the phone.

No product, no response, no refund... 3 months and counting... Terrible. Don't fall for it. Beware of fake reviews saying how wonderful things are... bs

placed an order on the 5th. First order, been looking at them a while, my wife's big into jeeps so ducks are a thing, but I didn't really bother to follow through until I saw the goat, then I did several bundles with additional pers (4 Quackeys, which had 2 free gifts, a mewkey, w\gift) a baakey and another gift then an additional limited offer discount for an additional key. 11 items, totalling roughly $120 Again, ordered may 5th, with immediate follow up email that my order was being processed. Since then they started immediately hitting me with 2, 3 marketing emails a day, but no email on shipping. started checking every business day since - no update. It's now been 12 days (business and non) since ordering and the website still says "we are preparing these items for shipping" of course my card was charged prompty, but I'v eseen nothing indicating they've actually shipped, including tracking the purchase both from their site and the Shop app. No response to hits on social media on their ads asking if they are experiencing a slow down, no indication that anything has gone wrong. Emailed today... 12 days after order to their customer service asking for a status update. reviewing online I'm seeing a few others who had similar tales, some saying they had shipping delayed for months once they did get notice. Their own website says they "try" to get orders out the same day they are made. so I don't think expecting some sort of update after 12 days is unreasonable. at this point if I don't hear back in the next 2 business days I'm going to presume they have no interest in doing anything more than taking my money and I'll be working with the card holder to refund my purchase. IF I hear back and IF I get my merchandise within two weeks of posting this I will ammend my review and possibly give back a few stars depending on the communication going forward, the quality of the packging and the quality of the merchandise there's no reason why a US based company that claims to be using USPS should have any issue delivering to me within 5 days using first class shipping, unless of course they are lying or delaying over inventory issues w\o communication as it stands I certainly wouldn't recommend doing business with them unless they clean up their act.

I previously purchased some Duckeys and the service was great which made me happy to buy some more. I then thought I might get some black ones on preorder, I purchased these back in December and it is now nearly the halfway mark of March and I am still waiting. Whilst I am awaiting the delivery of my preorder the ones I actually bought on preorder became available on the website for immediate delivery whilst the preorodered ones are still in limbo I emailed the company and the response was along the lines of "you will get a notice when they are on the way toward the back end of February. Still nothing, ne email to let me know that they are delayed further Very very disappointing

Never got my product, emailed like 6 times and only got a reply once about saying they "would see what they can do" and then never came through with a refund (or the product!). Just a scam overall. Also, you can check many complaints about them in Reddit, wish I did before submitting a purchase.
