Excellent service our 7th time to use Dublin airport parking No waiting, very professional,

When arriving to Dublin airport before even leaving the country we had problems,they were trying to direct me to go to them,without directions..eventually and unwillingly they sent someone to get the car from departures.(MEET & GREET😂)..when we got back from holiday,I called soon as I stepped off plane so to not have my 6 years old daughter waiting around at 2am after a long day travelling..about 2 hours later ,one of the 3 Indian lads I spoke to said he'd be 15 mins..all of them saying they called but I didn't answer,then changed it to they couldn't get through...no apologies.. meet and preet more like.

Complete scam. Rang them repeatedly within the half hour before we arrived, no answer. We ended up having to use the other car park and pay €180 for 4 days after already paying €100 for the meet and greet. I rang their ‘customer service’ to sort it out when we returned, I asked to speak to whoever was in charge and they hung up the phone on me and I couldn’t get through to them after. Complete scam. AVOID.

This service was supposed to be hassle free, drive to the airport and jump out, arrive back and jump in again! This is not the case! We had to call them when we were 20 mins away, then told to call when we were 5 mins away. Then when we arrived we had to wait for a further 25 mins! On our arrival we were to call them when we were picking up our luggage and the car would be waiting when we walked out... We called for about half an hour, text, emailed. But no good. Eventually, are an hour they showed up with the car. We had 3 small kids with us. If I had known it would be this bad a service I never would have selected it. PLEASE AVOID! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AND TERRIBLY MANAGED!

I found telephone staff completely unhelpful regarding booking disabled parking regarding the PMR code twice they couldn't get off the phone quick enough

I have found customer service at DAA to be very unhelpful and inflexible. I recently called about a very simple change to the booking but answer was no, no flexibility at all.

Went to lanzorette last week and stupidly left drivers window down, in blue carpark when I got back today some kind soul put a sheet of plastic over it and taped it up, dunno who you are but thank you from the bottom of my heart, car would have been soaking otherwise. Your so kind and thoughtful whoever you are.

I do not recommend it to people with small children and bogies , the seats in the bus leading to the parking lot intended for bogies were occupied by few people. but in the back of the bus there were nine free seats, the driver was incompetent. We waiting for next bus, The situation repeated itself twice.
