Avoid at all costs the drop and go parking service. Absolute crooks. They tell you to ring at least 30 mins before arriving. I was ringing a whole hour before and no one would answer. When I got back my car was absolutely destroyed in mud. Inside and outside the car. Emailed and rang they kept refusing to let me talk to management and refuse to allow you to know exactly where they parked your car. The cars are not parked on the premises. Also the driver disconnected my phone from my own car so god knows what they were upto. AVOID at all costs. Your property will not be minded.

No bus to bring people from airport to the blue car park, waited 40 minutes, awful service

Avoid! 0 Stars would be a more accurate reflection of this place. (Long term Blue park) We arrived back in Dublin on a late night flight recently and had to wade through deep pools of water to reach the car. There's no proper lighting or ground surface drainage. There is no proper system of identifying your stop and some genius has decided that the large side windows on the bus should be almost completely covered by vinyl stickers. So no view of upcoming stops, night or day! I had to direct the driver to the appropriate stop as 'the system was not working' apparently as was the case previously The exit barrier is another issue with frequent failures of number plate recognition with customers themselves having to prove their booking details rather than the other way around So again avoid this place as many other reviewers have advised.

Yesterday after returning from a weeks fabulous holiday I prefer not to leave a negative review unless I really feel strongly enough . The first carpark block B in a disabled space the car was booked into we couldn’t find block B even after going into the office of the Garda at the airport they didn’t know where it was either nor did Block B pick up calls or emails so we were left with no other option but to leave the car in block C the closest carport and what a shock on our return we were faced with a 460 euro bill ?? We couldn’t find the car as we nearly missed the flight going out and didn’t have time to take a photo . I have severe arthritis and still after an 2 and a quarter hrs in the car park with no wheelchair I had to sit on a case totally exhausted and in severe pain whilst my sister tracked down an attendant who did do his very best for us but when he took my sister to a help monitor she was told try looking for it again?? What a poor advertisement for car parking at Dublin airport . To then finish us off at the barrier there was another 10 euros charge .Better to fly from Belfast or get the bus. Definitely not Dublin airport car parking .

Waited 40 mins from calling them once we landed and before going on holidays. They say 20 mins but don’t believe this. Also car is taken away from the airport. Website makes you think the car is kept on site. I’ll never use them again for that price you get bad service.

My wife and I had an early morning flight recently so we took our camper van to the blue car park the previous night. The lady attendant led us to our spot near the bottom of the car park. She then came back to tell us she had got a quieter spot at the bottom of the next car park. Could not have been more helpful. Thanks. John and Marie, Sligo.

Great experience. Driver there to pick up my car within minutes of arrival and there waiting upon the return. Great service.

I am really more than angry and upset in relation to Handicap Parking spaces in Dublin Airport Terminal One short term parking. I went to the Airport to pick up my daughter and had brought my 85 year old Mother with me who has mobility issues so we were using a wheelchair. I have a valid Handicap Parking Permit. On the first level of the Parking tower were only 2 small spaces that were occupied and it was the same on the second level. Of course there were cars parked there without a Permit, but that is unfortunately a common issue everywhere. Imagine my shock when I went to the third level to find NO Handicap spaces but 4 Electric Charging Spaces. I find it an absolute disgrace. A Handicap space not only provides a space closer to the entrance but more importantly a bigger space to maneuver opening the car door fully, placing the wheelchair to the side of the car and assisting the person from car to wheelchair.
