I ordered a book on Jan. 26 and has not come (now March 13). Stick with Amazon - you might be paying a few more bucks, but at least you'll get your book... instead of NOTHING, and lose your money. Yep - no refund. Their customer service is an automated response bot. TOTALLY SKETCHY. I plan on following up with an investigation through PayPal. DualJ - I will be harassing you until i get my money back. Count on it.

The order took about a week longer to arrive than expected

My wife wanted this book, and you did not disappoint

The book was not in quite as good a condition as I expected. It took almost two weeks to arrive--about twice as long as I thought it would.

The shipping was pretty fast. There was some sparse highlighting in several of the chapters, but not too bad. The book was in good shape and seemed to reflect normal wear for a used book.

I ordered a textbook that I need very quickly--it came sooner than promised and it was also the cheapest price I could find online!
