I ordered first from Walmart and they said it would be delayed for an unspecified time. Then I panicked and ordered it from Dry eye rescue and it came but not as fast as I would have liked as we were nearly out and it was specified by our Dr. as what we needed to use. Then the Walmart order showed up several days later after I had canceled the order and was filled by Dry Eye rescue. It was kind of a confusing mess for a while and I don't understand why it wasn't available. Thanks Harold Clumpner

It took the package a while to be received. It had to sit in a hot postal vehicle. Otherwise, everything went well.

This is a cut above most eye drops. The drops help most of the time but not all the time. It is a great drop to use at night before going to sleep. Especially having the A/C or heat on.

I've been buying this product from Amazon.com for a long time, but I finally decided they were charging too much. One ofter firm had the same price as dryeyerescue.com, but they also charged $4 dollars for shipping. I would have still saved money over Amazon.com, but dryeyeresuce.com shipped free. And, I got it within a couple of days as fast as Amazon.com. Well done, dryeyerescue.com! I will be reordering from them them next time.

It was difficult to place an order. Accomplished that with help from the company.

Just a suggestion, but you should consider using more packing paper when shipping items, especially fluids. Both my original and replacement items leaked quite a bit, I’m sure from jostling around. Given that you let me keep the original, I was able to salvage both, which equaled about one unit’s worth of liquid. Otherwise, the customer service I received was great and I appreciated the speedy shipping.
