Products are displayed with informative facts and the website is easy to navigate. Shipping was reasonable given I didn't pay for it.

Easy to order price and 96 vials per box so I am in good shape for a while. Not having to worry about running out.

I use the auto ship option to get Fresh Kote once a month.

Love the Dry Eye Shop because of all the products they have that you can’t find anywhere else. And, delivery is very fast.

I enjoy the mail order service
