I was sent the wrong product, was charged for the correct item which was 89.00 and the product they sent is worth 49.00 and nothing to do with what I ordered. Called their number over 10 times and no one answers and no one has contacted me!

Never received order. Paid for express shipping and then was told that the item was out of stock, almost a week later. Was told it would be a few weeks before I received my order so I just canceled and received a refund instead.

I was charged for two products on my credit card and have received only one. Knowing you were out of stock on one product would it not have been more ethical to charge me only for the one you shipped.

You don't carry the moisture-retaining glasses in size L-XL I absolutely need for my dry eyes whenever they're open. The same glasses are on your site in size small but only one pair is available.

Edit: the reply from dry eye is false. My package was never found and delivered and a claim cannot be submitted through usps as the package is not insured. I have been consistently buying the same fish oil from Dry Eye for the past 6+ months, and on December 2nd, their carrier USPS claimed they delivered a package but never did. I have been in constant communication with USPS, filing a service request, to which they’ve said they actually found the package in their processing facility, then taking back what they’ve said. Throughout this Dry Eye has been unhelpful and has said they are not able to help out with the situation. Other companies would offer to provide a refund or re-send the product but it appears that if the carrier that Dry Eye has contracted with loses a package they will not do anything for you. I will not be buying from here again.

Hello Jan, sorry USPS lost your package for a short time. Unfortunately the shipping companies do not let us file a claim when packages are temporarily lost, it has to be done with the recipient. Thankfully, your items were found and have been delivered.

I received a broken bottle of Bruder eyelid solution - and I have been unable to speak to a Customer Service Representative about it. Crickets. I fear having to "eat" the cost of the product that arrived broken and gone.
