The products are good but the delivery takes longer than it should - it took at least 7-10 days to get here.

I'm an active sleeper and your mask stays in place very well. In the morning the mask has condensate accumulated in it. So I know that it is helping keep my eyes moist. Thanks!!

Follow the instructions and the moisture will follow. Well conceived and constructed, the timing feature very helpful. Again, read and follow instructions and the user will benefit.

This seems to work well, but there should be some kind of signal or sound to let you know when the desired time is up.

Everything was good except my original order had the wrong product sent. But you made good on handling the replacement.
