You told me you had my product and you took my payment. Then I got an e-mail the product wasn't available. You offered me a refund but would have been better to just let me know sooner rather than later

Paid for an overnight delivery and it took 4 days to get it. When I contacted them to rectify they explained that they can't control carriers timing! So why offer 1 day when I could've done regular shipping and received it in the same time frame???

I already wrote to customer service lsat week. The eyebrow mascara type color (TWENTY TWENTY full brows) is SO DRY from when I opened it the first time. I was told I could only return for a replacement (same problems?!) OR store credit, not a credit card return AND I have to pay for return shipping!! Date below is approximate.
