Using the bottle is tricky. Squeeze the bottle once. use the drop in one eye. Don’t squeeze again.Shake the bottle to use the 2 nd drop that pops out.

Had to wait a little longer for product and will likely just buy locally from now on.

The product itself is great. I understand and appreciate the benefits of the dispensing mechanics; however, it is very difficult to squeeze the container and dispense the liquid into the eye without missing the eye and wasting product. Please make the container more pliable for squeezing ease. PLEASE!

Great experience in dry eye relief

Took a while for order to be filled when one item was not available. Finally got an e-mail about the delay and sender quickly solved back-log issue and substituted for item in question.

A little pricey. Free gifts were out of stock. Could not get what I wanted. Products came timely.
