I put in 2 orders the same day. They were identical other than 1 was an ointment and one drops. It apparently created confusion. Only the drops came. I emailed your company explaining the problem. They emailed back to make sure what I received and what didn't come. Within 24 hours the ointment was delivered. Everyone makes mistake. A great company fixes the problem.
