dryeyerescue.comReviews of dryeyerescue.com

This company has many eye products that I use. Very reasonable prices. Quick turn around when ordering and great customer service communication to the clients that patronize them. I am glad that I discovered them. Therefore, recommend them you will not be disappointed.

Good product selection. Ease of ordering process. Website well organized. Reasonable prices.

I believe your bottle needs to be redesigned. Difficult to squeeze and apply.

Fast deliver, good product

I still have some dry eye symptoms. This does not alleviate completely. I use drops as well as needed.

I am revising my review after a second time trying to order Oasis Tears Plus Multidose drops and somehow ordering instead the regular Oasis Tears drops. Their website needs to have a way to cancel or modify an order before it’s shipped. And if an item is on back order they need to clearly state so when trying to purchase. BUT. Their prices are great, and their customer service is terrific, Kelly is so helpful, responsive and pleasant, and I am very satisfied with the resolution of my problem. I will buy from them again, and be a little extra attentive to all the details of the purchase.

The price was reasonable and the delivery very quick. Unfortunately, there were 3 items missing from the order when it initially arrived; however, I contacted the company and the three items were delivered quickly and without problems.

Great customer service. Although, because of size of pill, I couldn’t swallow. I was given a store credit, but was disappointed I couldn’t get a refund. Understand policy on opened items, but at 94, I didn’t know I wouldn’t be able to take. Had hoped an exception could be applied.
