Delivery took longer than agreed

The Eye mask is ok. I feel like it was used. The eye pads are fine (and clearly new) The elastic bit between the eyes is all stretched out and frayed and basically useless. I go I have to hold it together in the middle. It does not really hold the heat that well. Costly for what it is.

My Items were in stock. Shipping was very slow. I received my order almost two weeks after placing it.

This was recommended by my optometrist, who said it would clean my eyelids completely. Well, I disagree. For one, the liquid stings if it gets into the eye! After I swabbed m eyelids with the pad, I then used my usual lotion I clean my makeup off and the pad showed a dark streak of the residual makeup! So, don't expect miracles. You can clean off the makeup for far less money.

So far I haven't been using it consistently to say if this is an awesome product. It burns a little and my eyes grew redder actually initially. I think the seasonal allergies are to blame so waiting for the pollen count to diminish to give this a more solid try.

I'm still waiting for my order. Your site said it was in stock but it wasn't. When are you getting it? I need it urgently!

The masks don't stay warm enough long enough right from the start. The masks also don't last as long as they say. The nice thing about them is that they have eye slots so you can do stuff. This doesn't quite make up for my first two points though. I hope you can improve t hem.
