Purchased the Quartz Hydrating Sleep Mask Nighttime Relief however; it doesn't help at all. My eyes are dry, blurry vision, etc. I wish I would've have continued purchasing the Eyeseals 4.0 hydrating sleep mask. The Quartz Hydrating Sleep Mask Nighttime Relief is too expensive for it not work. Unfortunately, neither last more than 3 months before the plastic sides break.

The bottle of drops was to be a 30 day supply for $79. I used one drop in each eye twice a day. It was gone in just over two weeks. The recommended dose is up to four drops in each eye! I couldn’t tell any difference in my eyes than I get from a $5 over the counter drop!

Autoship order confirmed on 9/30/22. However, it appears the item never shipped! I wasn't provided any notice about a delay. Due to this delay, I will need to place an additional order to ensure I have enough produce before the next shipment.

Tip is defective compared to other bottles. The solution wicks down the side of the bottle rather than forming a drop. Besides the waste and inconvenience it may compromise sanitation.

Very disappointed with service. It took 10 days to receive my order. I received the wrong order and had to notify you of the mistake. Another one of your customers called me to inform me that she received my order. Meanwhile I received someone else’s order. Totally confusing and disappointed with your service. Will probably order from Amazon next time…..it’s more expensive but much faster.

Service , packaging, and delivery was first rate , five stars but product has issues. Too much pressure on the eye because headband cannot be adjusted and pressure is uneven. It's like a lump on your eye. This renders it unusable. If headband is adjustable I need instructions!

I ordered two products and only received one which was fine. But the packing list just had a manual strike through the quantity and a zero put in it's place. I had to reach out to your customer service through email to find out that the product was out at this time. It would be better customer service to notify customers when things are backordered so the customers know what's going on.
