To begin with, I had the same issue as another customer who said there was a Labor Day Sale and then when you try to purchase the item (for the same price as the other customer), the code for the sale did not work. The customer service was appalling. I submitted an order; I was told it was never received, then I was told it was lost, then I was told it was under another account I had created. Beware, apparently if you use another address to ship to, that counts as creating an account in their company. Suddenly, they "found" the first order and wanted to charge me twice. They eventually told me to ship one back for a return. This was such a mess; I received information that the order was not processed, then it was lost by the mail carrier (not by them) and then it was found. I think the products are worthwhile, but the customer experience was among the worst.

I was supposed to get a store credit for a returned item, but when I tried to purchase something to use up the credit, no credit appeared. The company does, however, have the item I paid for and returned to them.

I’ve been a customer for sometime and I like their product it works good. Their prices are high but the quality does make the price tolerable. My problem is with their “policies”. On my last order the web site said free shipping. My order was $86 and change. The rep told me my order had to be $89 for free shipping. Because I’ve spent so much money with them I felt she should have given me the free shipping it would have been good customer service Recently I received an email that read 20% off “site wide” good for the Labor Day weekend. I called to place my order and was told the 20% discount doesn’t apply to this product. Email clearly said SITE WIDE. The rep then told me the 20% is for first time customers. I got the email because I’m already a customer. I think they need to market more honestly and treat repeat customers better. Retaining good customers is critical to any business

Dropper is too short and the bottle too difficult to squeeze. I will not be reordering.

It took over 12 days or longer to get product in mail. My purchase was over $89.00 so therefore IT SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY BE SENT IN TWO DAYS!!!! It was packed and mailed but stayed in Florida for well over a week!!!

Not satisfied

I wound up unable to use either the eye drops, they blinded me for eight hours. Not the goggles which we too uncomfortable and clear plastic lens almost was translucent
