I was supposed to get a free gift and I have yet to receive it.

Price is high compared to similar products.

New ordering instructions for Regenereyes were not clear when using website. It took 3 email attempts to get an answer as to why my order wasnt fulfilled.

The product is good. The cost of shipping ($32.00) is out of line. I was told it's because of keeping the package cold during shipping. My product was sent without any additional cold packaging.

I have a credit there but for something I exchanged but they don't use it even after a couple of phone calls. Thinking of using Amazon for my future needs.

The size changed and I am still charged the same amount but for a smaller size. Doesn't seem right to me. I do like the product.

I just had surgery and I was not given the option where my order should be delivered. It was stuffed in my mailbox about a block from my door. When someone went to get my mail, they had a very difficult time getting the box out. Also, I didn't care for the eye cleanser. It left a residue on my eyes.
