Bought the heated mask. It doesn't stay hot for long enough. I get maybe 7 minutes of heat. Also a bit of a pain to boil the gel inserts.

Unfortunately our address was not put in correctly. I had ordered from you due to our leaving on vacation. I was unable to get the medication in time and did not have it on our vacation.

I love that they last long with comfort it does make my eye dry a bit . I have to keep inserting then every three hours

I haven’t noticed any improvement in my dry eyes after taking for two months. The positive reviews were very encouraging and I’ve been very faithful in taking three capsules per day. These are very pricey so I hope to see better results soon.

I began using Retaine per my ophamologist's recommendation. Found its dispensing vial very wasterful. Switched to Optase which has small spout that doesn't dispense ingredients accurately. Nothing in the DryEye catalog with MGD protection solves this problem. Spokesman from Dryeye promised to send a sample of product that would satisfy me. Haven't received it yet. Optase is imported from Finland. Why can't DryEye negotiate a new, more efficient dispending bottle for Optase?

I have not seen a difference in taking the DE supplement but am taking it daily even though the pills are HUGE. They are so hard to swallow and I do not have problems with pills. I ordered the 3 mos supply to make sure I took them long enough to notice a difference and wish I had only ordered a month supply. I would have returned them and asked for a smaller pill.
