Great service, just a little slow delivery time.

Took longer then I Thought to get the product . But everything else went Smoothly .

On the website there was no option to purchase a single product. To get the item I wanted in the quantity I wanted I had to sign up for a subscription.

This product does what it says...instant relief from dry, irritated itchy red eyes. I switched over to it when Thera Tears stopped manufacturing their foam eyelid cleaser. I will be ordering again !

Everything arrived just fine, but it took a long time to get here (not sure exactly how long) and the package was quite bashed in. I think it had some kind of incident, but there was no damage on the inside which was all eyegiene refills Thanks!

Very happy with the eye pad, even though I ordered the thin eye shields that go over the pads. Thank you.

Other than not notifying me, on two different occasions, that the Nova Wipes were delayed, I have no complaints.
