They are too big for my face and when my head is in the pillow I can’t stop them from bulging away from my face and letting air in. They do not work for me.

I never got my order, no refund yet.

I have taken 6 capsules a day for 17 days. Have had no improvement. I so much wanted the eyetamins to help. Very disappointed.

I was very disappointed. The drops burned my eyes when I put them in, and I felt very uncomfortable afterwards. I used them twice in case the first time was unusual, but I had the same result.

It has been 10 days since I ordered and it still has not been shipped.

This dosen't do as advertised. I ordered the tear restore bundle. The eye compress doesn't hold the heat as advertised. A warm/hot face clothe is just as good and less expensive. The cord that plugs into the back of the kettle was difficult to insert. I feel that I wasted my money. I was not satisfied with this product. Then on top of that their return policy is just as bad if not worse. You will not be given your money back. You'll get a gift card. I have no intentions of buying nothing else from this distributor (dryeyerescue) nor the manufacturer (tear restore). Neither one offer refunds. BUYER BEWARE!!! If zero star was an option that would be my rating.

I ordered my product on April 20, 2022 and as of May 4, 2022 I still do not have my product. I have performed an online chat several times and the only response I get is “my order is awaiting fulfillment” Really, it takes that long to place eye drops in a box with a label and ship them..
