Boxes all had safety seals broken
These seem to be legit blink tears and they do feel very soothing to my eyes, but all 4 boxes arrived with the safety seal cut. I also checked side by side with an older box I had and they do indeed look identical. I will keep these and use them, but I don't understand why they would sell these in opened boxes.

Hello Maria, I assure you all of the products we sell are purchased directly from the manufacturer. Blink products come direct from Johnson & Johnson. They recently changed the branding and packaging of all Blink products, but not sure about the safety seal. If you feel they are not correct, please give us a call and we can exchange them for sure.

Works as well as prescription drops I think. At a fraction of the cost. Little stingy for a few seconds, but that just tells me it is working.

While I have no issues with the product and dryeyerescue and appreciate the free shipping, I think it took too long for my order to reach me. I realize it may be beyond your control but disappointing for me. Thank you for the o Portunity to comment.

I believe it's helping, but it burns when using. Also, the picture when ordering was for the bottle, not the vials. : )

This supplement needs more time
This supplement hasn’t shown much of a difference yet. I think I need to use them a bit longer to know if they are helping.

The Refresh PM is supposed to be quite thick, as its used at bedtime right before you are ready to sleep. You apply a small amount to your lower lid, then close your eyes. The thickness allows the lubricant to resist evaporation for 8 hours of sleep. You only need a small amount to work, so if you put too much it will most likely feel like it's coming out, when it is not. Hope it is giving you some relief!
