This product is not as I was expecting. GenTeal works just as well or any other $10 eye product don’t waste your money.

I emailed the company about the dropper issues and never heard back.

You always cancel my orders. It's so disappointing. I placed 2 orders last Thursday but both were cancelled because of unforeseen circumstances.

This the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I bought an eye mask which I can’t wear unless I sleep on my back or sitting up. I don’t want to do that. They won’t refund my money except by store credit. They have no products I want or need. So I’m stuck with an expensive eye mask I can’t use. They don’t stand behind their products in this day and age!

I receibed the eye warmer with two covers. One cover had a missing snap and the other had an inoperative snap.

I still don't have the vitamins I ordered or an expected delivery date. Not a satisfied customer.

Placed an order. Only received partial order. I reached out to the them and they tell me it's complete on their end. I tell them no. It was only partial. Now it's out of stock so I still don't have a complete order.

You don’t get refund only for store credit.
