I ordered a HydroPitcher and hydro flask looking to gain some benefit from the hydrogen molecule. The HydroPitcher tripped my CGFI circuit. After some trouble shooting, no fix. I contacted Support. They had the usual/expected questions. A few days later the had a replacement in the mail. Both Pitcher and flask work well. I’m taking supplements and using both Dr Water products. After two weeks, my energy levels are higher, my blood pressure is down and I’ve lost 10 lbs. I won’t give all the credit to the Dr Water products, but they are an integral part of the healthy changes I’ve made in my life. The support staff treated me right as well.

They sent me a cheap knockoff version that didn’t even have the Dr water logo. Been reaching out for 1 month now with no responses on returning it. What a scam this place is

What a pathetic company. Item defective after a week. No return info on their website. Emailing with customer service is pathetic. Goes in circles. Emails ignored. Respond 5 days later with identical response as 5 days prior. Ignores questions and is simply a shady company that appears to be handled out of China but makes you think it is the usa.

The worsests customer service! I am quite disappointed. I ordered a Dr. Water bottle and it arrived within ten days. It seemed the bottle was already in use or / customer refund. Box was unsealed and bottle had a defect. I reported this to customer service immediately. After an exchange of emails, they confirmed that a replacement bottle would be sent. Regrettably, it never arrived, and now they are not responding to any of my inquiries. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company, as their prices are quite elevated, and the service provided is very bad!

Don't waste your money. I did mine already. Its a scam company from china. They don't stand by their product. when you cali their customer service number, its a frustrating automated phone loop, issue you a ticket but don't do anything. All scam:(

BUYER BEWARE. Dr. Water has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. They sent the wrong color tumbler to which I tried contacting them politely and have not received ANY response. They are a SCAM COMPANY. No response, no way to call, only an email they don’t respond to and a phone number with automated response, but never a live person. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY and leave you hanging completely.

I have received the bottle that does not turn on. I contacted Customer service. They asked to tape a video, which I did. They said it will take 48 hours to reply. I wrote them after 46 hours to send another bottle and send shipping label to return defective bottle. No reply after 24 hours. Enough is enough.

Dr. Walter says they are in a US base company get their product was shipped directly with a tracking number straight Outta China. It arrives weeks after it says it’ll be here zero instructions. I reach out to the customer service. They don’t respond your emails. Their automated system can’t help you. I tried to do the 30 day satisfaction return nobody will respond to it. Absolutely horrible scam Chinese company.
