Dr. WaterReviews of drwater.store

I ordered hydrogen water punch with glass body. The sent me a different one and offer to get the return back or asked me to try the new upgrade version. I tried and I don’t like it and it is also not glass body and take so much time to charge in full . When I choose to return , they said something else and asking me to take a video. Who will take all night video or an hour video ??? They try t make me keep the product. I sent the video showed them that the morning after full charge at night the blue light is gone and need to wait for half an hour to one hour and when it came back the button not event work. Do not buy this version of product. 68 oz black and white plastic color , no glass body. The 20 minutes to get higher level to 3000 also never work.

I should have listened to the reviews. Dr. Water’s customer service is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I want to return my water bottle because I found one that I liked better. When I emailed them about it they offered me $20.00 if I keep it and use it as an extra. That’s the last I’ve heard from them. I’ve sent several emails which they haven’t answered! I’ve called, they said I would get a return call and never did. I’ve messaged them on instagram which said they would get back to me but haven’t. Their customer service is terrible. I hope this email helps someone.

Before purchasing this product, please read this message. I spent 357 dollars on it, and I deeply regret it. My water bottle, Hydrator Max 10,000PPB with UV, stopped charging after the 3rd charge, so I reported the issue by email. Although the initial communication went well, I have not received any further support since their last email. My messages are now being ignored, and there has been no resolution for this faulty product, despite its one-year warranty.

They sent me a cheap knockoff version that didn’t even have the Dr water logo. Been reaching out for 1 month now with no responses on returning it. What a scam this place is

What a pathetic company. Item defective after a week. No return info on their website. Emailing with customer service is pathetic. Goes in circles. Emails ignored. Respond 5 days later with identical response as 5 days prior. Ignores questions and is simply a shady company that appears to be handled out of China but makes you think it is the usa.

The worsests customer service! I am quite disappointed. I ordered a Dr. Water bottle and it arrived within ten days. It seemed the bottle was already in use or / customer refund. Box was unsealed and bottle had a defect. I reported this to customer service immediately. After an exchange of emails, they confirmed that a replacement bottle would be sent. Regrettably, it never arrived, and now they are not responding to any of my inquiries. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company, as their prices are quite elevated, and the service provided is very bad!

Don't waste your money. I did mine already. Its a scam company from china. They don't stand by their product. when you cali their customer service number, its a frustrating automated phone loop, issue you a ticket but don't do anything. All scam:(

BUYER BEWARE. Dr. Water has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. They sent the wrong color tumbler to which I tried contacting them politely and have not received ANY response. They are a SCAM COMPANY. No response, no way to call, only an email they don’t respond to and a phone number with automated response, but never a live person. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY and leave you hanging completely.
