This company has the worst customer service on record. They offer coupons for say $20.00, however, the coupons never work. This has been a constant issue. To try to get a response from is unrealistic. They are also promoting products to children. As a parent it is so very wrong. Teaching children to judge themselves against adults for profit. It's sick.

They made everything stress free.

Hallo, ich mag die Produkte dieser Marke und habe sie normalerweise wo anders bestellt. Jetzt habe ich endlich über die offizielle Website meine erste Bestellung abgegeben und bin erst nach dem Zahlen darauf gekommen, dass der Versand mit 10€ verrechnet wurde, WOBEI es eine Alternative mit dem kostenlosen Versand gibt. Ich habe während der Bestellung nicht die Möglichkeit gehabt, die Lieferart zu ändern, es wurde mir nicht vorgeschlagen. Somit wurde diese einfach so standardmässig festgelegt. Danke!
