This company is not what it seems. Do not buy its substandard products, made elsewhere despite its packaging being luxury, the products are questionable, the "sign up" for its ambassadors to have a thread of followers - sorry, you are the building a cult??? if you need to build a cult, your products are crap and you need justification. You are limited in your distribution and are reaching out to encourage twits to sell your brand offering travel sized options for recognition. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE ITS A FAKE BRAND with a witty name.

This brand used to be relatively popular so between 2020 to 2022, I spent probably close to $600 on their skincare and that was a lot of money to me. Sadly, it took me that long to realize that their products don't do a better job than any other brand I've tried after (for much cheaper) and Drunk Elephant is VERY expensive for what they offer. Seems like most of the expense is at the cost of packaging and advertising than formulation itself. Some of the packaging like one moisturizer I bought, mislead you to think there's more inside the pump jar but there isn't and you couldn't open it to scoop out any remaining product. One of the peptide products smelled like bacon too. At some point, they started changing some of the ingredients and then charging $25-30+ more for the same product due to "inflation" and "shortages". I've stopped purchasing because I could no longer afford and started buying stuff from less expensive brands and K-beauty skincare lines. I get better quality formulas for a fraction of the price and the packaging is beautiful for most products. I'm not sure what demographic Drunk Elephant is trying to cater to now, but on top of only being retailed on Sephora and their own very sloppy and impractical website, I find this brand to be overrated, overhyped and only loved for its aesthetics.

I bought the whipped cream as a change of my usual products after using them for 20 odd yesrs . I wanted to explore other products. Unfortunately I had a mild reaction and brought back eczema which I haven't had since in my 20s . I am 63 and I never reacted to different samples I get given when buying make up items . I remember when I was given a skin test in my teens and find out that Xanta gum was the culprit . This product contains Xanta gum , therefore I can only put a word of advise that if you have eczema or react to certain chemicals, is better to read all the hundreds of ingredients the product contains .

I no longer purchase from Ulta and Sephora because I can get 25% on the drunk elephant website BUT this WEBSITE is the WORST. So unnecessarily confusing. Too much work. It’s a discombobulated mess! Love the products you though!

Drunk elephant is only sold at Sephora and not ulta and it makes it hard cause I have to get my drunk elephant stuff online if I want smt cause the closest Sephora by me over 4 hours away. Drunk elephant is super expensive for a container that is barely even full. Drunk elephant targets young people and a lot of there stuff has harsh chemicals that will just affect your skin.

Really poor customer service. Have t got back to me after two weeks.

This product is overly priced & not worth the hype. I did not see any improvement thumbs down

I have sensitive fair skin. I have tried just about every skin care line from very expensive to drugstore lines over the past 25 years. Nothing works so well as the Drunk Elephant Line which I have been using for the past six years, at least. I use many of their facial products and recently started with their body moisturizers. I will panic if this line is discontinued. Hence, here I am writing this review in the hope that others will try the products.
