Would not hesitate to purchase from Dr. Sono.
Lisa in customer service was fantastic to work with. I had some shipping issues that was no fault of the companies and Lisa worked with me tirelessly to get it resolved. She was very reasonable and patient. I was so impressed I even told colleagues of mine about my experience who ended up purchasing a Dr. Sono U/S as well. I would not hesitate to purchase their product. Making a great product is one thing but having the customer service to back it up is simply icing on the cake.

Gratuliere zu diesem besonderen Gerät. Ich bin Radiolologe und bin sehr begeistert über die gute Bildqualität. Das Produkt ist sehr hochwertig . Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lieferung war rasch und ohne Komplikationen. Ich würde eine deutsche Betriebsanleitung empfehlen und als Empfehlung wünschen. Alles Gute Dr.Peter List

My transducer is incredible!
My transducer is incredible! I love it so much, I’m in ultrasound school and wanted more practice than what I was getting. My only issue would be the Shipping Company they use, FedEx notoriously has the worst customer service and made my shipment experience awful, I wish they would change the company they use to ship their products. Other than that 10000/10

According to FedEx’s official delivery record, the package was successfully delivered and signed for. A screenshot of the FedEx proof of delivery has also been provided to you for reference.
