Invest in a more well known brand
The image quality is lacking. The instruction manual reads odd as if it was google translated. You are unable to perform several basic functions including certain basic scans. The return policy is unfriendly to the customer. Give yourself 7 days to try if you’re going to buy this and contact them immediately or you’ll be given zero options after 14 days.

We’re genuinely sorry that the Tri-scan Max did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your comments regarding image quality, product functionality, and our documentation. For clarity, our published trial period is 14 days from the date of delivery. FedEx confirmed that this order was delivered on May 1, and the first return request was received on May 21, approximately 20 days after delivery. The request therefore fell outside the trial period, and our decision was based on the same published policy applied consistently to all customers. Although we were unable to approve the return under the standard trial policy, we did not leave the customer without support. We invited them to provide details about the image-quality concerns and intended scanning applications so that we could better understand the issue and explore other ways to assist. We fully respect that a product may not be the right fit for every user. We also believe future customers deserve the complete context surrounding the return request. Our team remains available to provide technical guidance and address any specific product concerns.
