I've seen absolutely nothing in the form of what Live Nation, Ex WMG/ ELEKTRA RECORD EXECUTIVE and my new radio director of marketing and promo to radio, UMG/ GEFFEN RECORD EXECUTIVE. All (3) viable entities spoke very highly of you! I've not seen one review on the new hit single that they,all three are raving about!!!! I'm the music producer artist and songwriter and a new client of yours A. Brooks Jr.

Paul emails me like 3 times a day trying to sell stuff i have asked him like 10 times for a meeting no reply. Just bot emails all the time.....

It's a scam i spend $46 and only 6plays for 2weeks now. Biggest scam, all those positive reviews are paid and scam.

Don't waste your money on it. Firstly, the interface is awful—unfriendly and slow to load. Secondly, the customer service is highly unprofessional. They suspended my account without warning. Why? Because I subscribed a long time ago at a favorable rate, and they wanted to force me to pay higher fees. I'm not willing to pay more for such a poor platform when there are many better options available. Reply to your reply: 1) Email used on trustpilot is different from the one of droptrack. 2) I used your platform to send out demos and music to curators, radio and media 3) I was member since the very beginning, the other day ,after many years, you suddenly increased 10x the price i used to pay.

Unfortunately the bad news starts right from the outset with DropTrack. Firstly this site operates an outdated monthly subscription model, compared to free to sign up for alternatives such as groover & submithub. Secondly, the subscription doesn’t even open the contact lists - you then have to pay an additional fee. These lists however are outdated and many inactive addresses, and the open and play, to the download rate, are very very low - over 1000 emails sent out - 19 plays, 1 download, 100s of incorrect email addresses. I have had a handful of plays on a radio supported official remix for one of the biggest house music artists of all time, should be enough for people to open and listen at least - on SubmitHub/ Groover every client you contact listens and provides feedback. Finally, the Spotify playlist add on, $60, saw me added to mainly lists with sub 1000 subscribers - much less efficient than targeting larger playlists through groover and submithub. I’ll be unsubscribing and won’t be using these services again - and I’m over $150 out of pocket to find out.

As per my previous review, there was a glitch that stopped you from uploading wavs or mp3s. This has been fixed . However, I'm still not so impressed with the service. I ordered their premium list, and when I sent my track to those on that list, over 40 came back immediately as unsubscribed from the service and 8 were old emails, one had a message saying the mailbox was closed in August ( it is Feb as I type !!) If you are paying for a premium list, almost none should be bouncing back. I sent a list of the faulty emails to the company saying they should be on top of this kind of thing and received no acknowledgment. Out of 584 email addresses, I only had a grand total of 7 people listen to my track, with just 1 download. The only feedback I received, except for one, was people offering me promo services. Not sure if it is because my genre is dance music and the service is geared towards pop or other genres but whatever, it wasn't very successful - and I don't normally take the time to complain about things like this. I have around 10,000 Spotify streams a month so I know ( hope) its not because my music is garbage. 72% ( or 420 of the 584) of the promo emails remain unopened almost a week after the campaign started which makes me think that some of these recipients are the wrong people I have been in communication with them but all they said is thanks for your patience. I sent them this review before I posted it on here to give them chance to comment but received nothing from them.

Okay I got the reply but I released a track on your platform and didn't push as you say you help artists to promote their music and distribute it too and i tried to promote it and at least it made a bit of a movement. But I didn't get any help from droptrack.

Complete and utter waste of time. Kept taking my money even after I cancelled.
