The Techs @ Drone Nerds are great, I dropped my Mavic Air 2 with transmission issues. They kept very good communication with me and when they determined problem they provided with the next steps to follow. Even though it has to go back to DJI, they took care of it all. Sent Inspire 1 for repair estimate. Ended up deciding to purchase a new drone instead of going through with the repair after getting the estimate back. But was impressed by the ticketing system and how they stayed on top of everything.
