Some confusion over payment terms because of delayed responses but we got it worked out, so I am updating my review. They offered clear instruction prior to the job about what all was needed. the only problem was some communication issues after the job was completed. Overall great work.

Great pricing, quick service. Cons, No kind of narrative report, you get 100 photos, or so, no explanation, no mention of heat differential, not even a direction, north, south, or whatever indicated in the photos.

We have done only two shoots so far with one great output and one poor one. However, dronegenuity was quick to reshoot the project when we reached out with our concerns.

I was trying to find squirrel roof damage on the third floor of an apartment building I didn't own. Most companies wouldn't take me seriously, but dronegenuity listened to my needs, and gather the evidence I needed.
