Drongenuity is just a referal service
After missing the promised shooting date I did some digging to find out what was the holdup. Dronegenuity simply placed an ad on a local job board for a drone operator was waiting for responses. So much for certified operators. The operator would have had no idea what to shoot if I did not meet him at the project site to explain. The video footage I received was unedited, raw footage and poor video clarity. My advise, save yourself $300 and post an ad yourself.

I'm sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with our services. Dronegenuity operates a large network of certified drone pilots and continuously recruits new pilots to improve the quality of our services and the speed at which we can offer them. Our preference is to share edited videos and company policy is to only share unedited video footage if that is what is requested by the client. Please contact us to let us know if you requested edited video. Once we confirm, we will gladly edit the video for you.
